The present invention relates to an art module apparatus for a vehicle and a controlling method thereof. According to the present invention, the art module apparatus for a vehicle maximizing emotion of a driver including: an input unit linked with a smart phone and receiving climate information with respect to a current position; a database storing a color of a lighting and a recommended music suitable for a user depending on a climate state and a time zone; and a control unit selecting the pertained music and the pertained color of the lighting from the database based on the inputted current climate information and the current time and transmitting a control signal to a music module and a plurality of lighting modules installed in a ceiling of a vehicle, respectively. According to the present invention, the present invention selects the music and the color of the lighting by considering the current climate information and the current time zone of a region where the vehicle travels in order to set an indoor mood of the vehicle matched with the weather and the time to heal the emotion and maximize an artistic inspiration.
