The present invention relates to a finishing material capable of reinforcing the surface of a concrete structure which is located on or is in contact with road, to improve durability and visibility such that safe driving of a driver is achieved, wherein the finishing material comprises a mixture of, with respect to 100 parts by weight of white Portland cement, 40 to 100 parts by weight of white silica, 15 to 60 parts by weight of a glass bead, 1.5 to 25 parts by weight of an emulsification-type powdered resin, 0.3 to 1.0 parts by weight of a thickening agent, 0.15 to 1.0 parts by weight of a dispersing agent, and 0.15 to 1.0 parts by weight of a defoaming agent. |
