<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of selecting priority between a time required for stabilizing a temperature and a magnitude of a starting current, in a temperature control device for controlling the temperature by controlling a current of a heater.SOLUTION: In a temperature control device, a saturation processing circuit unit 4 is provided that is composed of a digital circuit for limiting an output value of an arithmetic operation unit 6 to an upper limit value, and the upper limit value is stored in a rewritable memory 8. When the upper limit value is increased, a time to temperature stabilization of a heated body is shortened, and on the other hand, a maximum current of a heater 5 is increased. When the upper limit value is decreased, the time to temperature stabilization of the heated body is lengthened, and on the other hand, the maximum current of the heater 5 is decreased. The upper limit value in the memory 8 can be freely set, so that priority can be adjusted between: shortening of the time to temperature stabilization of crystal oscillators 10, 20 when starting up; and suppression of the maximum current of the heater 5. Therefore, a maker of an oscillation device can easily produce the oscillation device according to a requirement for the priority for each user.</p> |
