PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a radiation imaging system, which can perform output in accordance with a radiation irradiating amount.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes: a plurality of pixel circuits which respectively output signals by converting radiation into electric charges; and a control part which performs reset drive (R1) for resetting the electric charges of the pixel circuits and processing for reading out the signals of the plurality of pixel circuits. The control part repeatedly performs reset processing for performing the reset drive (R1) collectively performed on the plurality of pixel circuits in one of a plurality of regions into which the plurality of pixel circuits are divided in a period of time different from the reset drive (R1) collectively performed on the plurality of pixel circuits in a region different from the one region among the plurality of regions until the irradiation of the radiation is detected on the basis of the signals of the pixel circuits.
