<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide, optoelectronic hybrid substrate and electronic apparatus which can suppresses the occurrence of an opening.SOLUTION: An optical waveguide 1 has a laminate 10 in which a cladding layer 11, a core layer 13 with a core part 14 formed and a cladding layer 12 are laminated, and a notch 170 formed from the cladding layer 12 side to the core part 14 and having a mirror face 171 inclined relative to the axis of the core part 14. A contour line 179 of the inclined face 171 on the cladding layer 11 side has both ends 179a, 179b closer to the cladding layer 11 side than a central part 179c.</p> |
