PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device capable of uniformly covering the periphery of a core sliver with sheath slivers for composite yarn having a core sheath structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 1 of composite yarn has a covering unit 10 which performs covering process to a core sliver with a plurality of sheath slivers 101. The covering unit is made of: an inside ring having a yarn path section where the core sliver passes through the ring; an outside ring provided outside the inside ring; a sheath sliver yarn path section which is constructed by combining the outer peripheral surface of the inside ring and the inner peripheral surface of the outside ring and inclines according to the advancing direction of the core sliver; and a yarn dividing guide 11 which divides the plurality of sheath slivers around the core sliver. The covering unit is constructed in multiple stages.
