<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap's core material which can facilitate making a cap with a louver, while being used when making the cap with the louver, which ensures breathability, and is seemly in appearance, and moreover, possesses high design flexibility.SOLUTION: In a cap's core material of this invention, a brim and a front face of a cap body are integrally formed, and a louver for introducing air into the cap body along a surface of the brim is provided on the front face of the cap body, so that it becomes easier to produce the cap with the louver improved its breathability. By using a cap's core material where a size adjustment belt is provided inside a front face of a cap, it can also produce a cap where, in appearance, a size adjustment mechanism such as a slide adjuster or the like do not appear at all.</p> |
