PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a live image and a mask image by using a clinical contrast blood vessel region of interest and its peripheral region in positioning processing in a DSA image.SOLUTION: An X-ray image processor includes a first difference processing part for generating a first difference image by performing difference processing between a mask image obtained by imaging a subject before contrast medium inflow and a live image after the contrast medium inflow, a first acquisition processing part for acquiring a linear region showing a region in which a contrast medium flows in by using a distribution of pixel values in the first difference image, a second acquisition processing part for acquiring a peripheral region of the linear region from the first difference image by using pixel values of pixels adjacent to the linear region, and a positioning processing part for performing positioning between pixels of the live image and the mask image by comparing positions using the linear region and the peripheral region. |
