PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror-tone capacitance type touch panel or a mirror-tone touch input device in which the cost for materials or the cost of manufacturing can be reduced compared to conventional ones.SOLUTION: The mirror-tone capacitance type touch panel comprises a capacitance type touch panel which includes a mirror-tone substrate 11 having a conductive metal thin film 13 as an optical reflection layer formed on a back face of a transparent insulating planar substrate 12 and which can identify a position of an input operation body in contact with or close to the top face side of the mirror-tone substrate 11. The mirror-tone capacitance type touch panel is configured to use the conductive metal thin film 13 as a sensor for detecting a capacitance generated between the touch panel and the input operation body, and thereby, to use the single conductive metal thin film 13 as an optical reflection layer and as a sensor. |
