PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate harmful effects of adhesion of chips to a food product while rapidly freezing or heating the food product in a storage part.SOLUTION: A food tray is obtained by molding a plastic sheet in a shape having a storage part 2 of a food product 10. In the storage part 2, a bottom face 22 is provided with elastic deformation pieces 3 made by providing cutting lines 4 on both side edges 3a and a tip edge 3b, and the elastic deformation pieces 3 have protrusion parts 6 protruding to a lower surface. In the food tray, passage gaps 5 are provided on the cutting lines 4 on both side edges 3a and the tip edge 3b of the elastic deformation pieces 3 by pushing up the elastic deformation pieces 3 by the protrusion parts 6 pressed to a placing surface 9 in a state of placing the bottom face 22 of the storage part 2 on the placing surface 9. |
