<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence of table roll cooling water onto a steel plate temperature during cooling of a rolled steel plate.SOLUTION: From positional information concerning a tip of a rolled steel plate 151 during cooling thereof, which is cooled by a table roll cooling device 171 equipped with plural cooling water opening and closing devices 172 disposed in a direction of travel of the steel plate 151 and is transported on a run-out table configured from plural table rolls 170, a timing for start of cooling the plural table rolls 170 is determined. Next, plural cooling water opening and closing devices 172 are opened at time intervals under constant condition, according to an order of priority for opening the plural cooling water opening and closing devices 172 thereby discharging cooling water when cooling of the plural table rolls 170 stored in an opening mode priority storage part 105 is started at a determined cooling start timing.</p> |
