The present invention relates to mixed low sodium salt and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically to mixed low sodium salt and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising the steps of: preprocessing and drying vegetable raw materials such as green tea leaves, potherbs, and vegetables; having the green tea leaves, the potherbs or the vegetables absorb salt water through osmotic pressure by injecting the raw materials into the salt water; re-drying the outcome by roasting; and pulverizing the outcome into a fixed size. |
