The present invention relates to an assembling and installing structure of an insulation composite panel for a building. Condensation liquid water due to dew condensation between a building wall and a wall insulation material generated by the difference between indoor and outdoor temperatures runs down between a gap between the front surface of the building wall and the rear surface of the wall insulation material. The condensation liquid water is collected in a water collecting groove and flows to a drain passage via an inclined connection passage and a vertical connection passage. The condensation liquid water flowing through the drain passage is discharged to the outside through a drainpipe connected to one end of the drain passage. Therefore, the condensation liquid water generated between the building wall and the wall insulation material is discharged on a real time basis so that the discoloration and strain of an interior material and mold on the interior material can be certainly prevented. When operating a blowing means by connecting a connection unit to the blowing means such as a hair dryer after injecting an air injecting pipe for drying of an air injecting device for drying into an air injecting passage while a drain passage plug is removed from the drain passage, and an air injecting passage plug is removed from the air injecting passage for drying, air for drying is injected to the air injecting passage, vertical connection passage, inclined connection passage, water collecting groove, and the drain passage, and moisture remaining inside the passages is forcibly discharged or dried. Accordingly, the discoloration and strain of the interior material and mold on the interior material can be prevented more certainly. |
