The present invention relates to a roasting grill which adds the taste and the flavor of bamboo to a food material during roasting, and smoothly discharges oil released from the food material. The roasting grill comprises: a grill-shaped main body for roasting a food material; a plurality of coupling groove parts formed on both sides of the main body; a grill rib member installed in each coupling groove part; a discharging groove part installed on the grill rib member, and formed to discharge oil released from the food material during roasting; and an oil discharging flow path installed on the body, and discharging the oil discharged from the discharging groove part to the outside of the main body. The roasting grill smoothly discharges oil and thus can minimize generation of smoke. The roasting grill can also add woody taste and flavor to the food material. |
