APPLICATION RECEPTION SYSTEM, APPLICATION RECEPTION SERVER, AND APPLICATION RECEPTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application reception system which can receive an application using a public telephone line, requires no heavy load on the enterprise side, and can execute reception of applications in parallel.SOLUTION: A telephone set 10 and a conversion server 20 are connected via a public telephone line network 40; the conversion server 20 and an application reception server 30 are connected via a network 50. The conversion server 20: allocates one telephone line to a plurality of telephone sets 10; receives an applicant telephone number and application destination telephone number from a telephone set 10; and transmits the applicant telephone number and the application destination telephone number to an application reception server 30 corresponding to the application destination telephone number. The application reception server 30: identifies an application target from the received entry destination telephone number; accepts an application in association with the applicant telephone number; transmits notification of reception of the application in association with the applicant telephone number, to the conversion server 20. The conversion server 20 concurrently notifies respective telephone sets identified by the respective applicant telephone numbers of the receptions of the applications.
