PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply manage mobile terminal identification information of a mobile terminal in association with contract information, without complicated input operation.SOLUTION: A content distribution apparatus receives receiving-terminal identification information and content distribution request information from a receiving terminal, embeds the receiving-terminal identification information in content data to generate embedded content data, and transmits the embedded content data to the receiving terminal. A contract information management apparatus stores the receiving-terminal identification information and contract information in association with each other, receives mobile terminal identification information and the receiving-terminal identification information transmitted from a mobile terminal which extracts the receiving-terminal identification information from the embedded content data when the receiving terminal reproduces the embedded content data, searches for contract information associated with the receiving-terminal identification information from a contract information storage unit, by use of the receiving-terminal identification information, as a key, and stores the mobile terminal identification information on the contract information storage unit in association with the contract information. |
