PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device for suppressing a driver from feeling a discomfort at a gear changing time.SOLUTION: In the case where an input rotation speed Ni rises at a gear changing time from the lowest stage in a manual transmission 14, or in the case where the input rotation speed Ni drops at the gear changing time from the highest stage in the manual transmission 14, the execution of an engine rotation synchronization control is suppressed. Thus, it is possible to suppress properly the execution of the engine rotation synchronization control for changing an engine rotation speed Ne in a direction opposite to a shift direction intended by the driver. Thus, it is possible to provide a control device 30 of a vehicle 10 for suppressing that the driver feels discomfort at a gear changing time. |
