<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a malfunction in a circuit having a linear IC and a logic IC mixed.SOLUTION: The power supply voltage interruption circuit 1200, adjusting an input voltage into a mixed circuit 1000 having a linear IC and a logic IC, is made to serve as a power supply voltage interruption circuit that inhibits transmission of the input voltage into the mixed circuit when the input voltage is smaller than a predetermined voltage (V). Preferably, at a pre-stage of the mixed circuit, there is provided a Zener diode that inhibits transmission of the input voltage into the mixed circuit when the input voltage is smaller than the predetermined voltage (V).</p> |
