<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an attenuation characteristic on a low area side and high area side from a passage area, in a resonance filter of band-path type using a vertical mode.SOLUTION: A shield electrode 14 having a shield electrode finger 19 and a shield electrode bus bar 18 is arranged between an input-side IDT electrode 12 and output-side IDT electrode 13. This shield electrode 14 is electrically insulated with respect to the input-side IDT electrode 12 and output-side IDT electrode 13, and reflectors 31, 31. Additionally, the separating dimension L between the input-side IDT electrode 12 and output-side IDT electrode 13 is set to 75μm or greater.</p> |
