<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker provided with a heat insulation film improved in heat insulation effect.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a heat insulation film 3; and a heat insulation film-disposing part coated with the heat insulation film 3. The heat insulation film 3 includes: porous plate-like fillers 1 each having a plate shape with an aspect ratio of 3 or greater and a minimum length of 0.1-50μm; and a matrix 3m for connecting the porous plate-like fillers 1. In the heat insulation film 3, the porous plate-like fillers 1 are distributively arranged in the matrix 3m. The heat insulation film 3 employing the porous plate-like fillers 1 has heat transfer paths longer than when employing spherical or cubic fillers, to reduce a thermal conductivity.</p> |
