PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily associate an operation regulation record with a journal on a same screen.SOLUTION: An operation regulation record checking device comprises a gateway device 300 that is connected with an information system server 100 and a work processing device 202 provided in a power command system through Ethernet and connected with a smart device 400 through Wi-Fi communication with an access point 500. The gateway device 300 includes: a data collection function 304 for acquiring information system data retained by the information system server 100 and control data retained by the work processing device 202 to centrally manage; and a content management function 305 having a function to display an operation regulation record and journal record being electronic information on a same screen of the smart device 400 on the basis of each data collected by the data collection function 304, and to display on the screen to save information in which the records are associated with each other.
