PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which acquires information for preventing the occurrence of an event in remote management of a device to be monitored.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a storage unit in which behavior information including records of peculiar behaviors of operators of devices and dates when the behaviors were recorded, and operation information including records of peculiar operations of devices and dates when the operations were recorded are stored; a peculiar operation analysis processing unit which associates a peculiar operation of a device and a peculiar behavior with each other if there is a prescribed gap or shorter between the date when the peculiar operation was recorded and the date when the peculiar behavior was recorded, in respect to the same device; and an analysis information presentation unit which presents the device relating to the peculiar operation associated by the peculiar operation analysis processing unit and the record of the peculiar behavior of the operator of this device.
