PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device capable of preventing protrusion of an operation wire to an unexpected path by suppressing the slack of the operation wire occurring in bend operation.SOLUTION: A medical device includes: an elongated flexible sheath part 10; a plurality of operation wires 30a, 30b extending into the sheath part 10, and having the tips fixed to a distal part of the sheath part 10; and a wire fixing plate 64 (a bend operation part) provided on the proximal end side of the sheath part 10, pulling at least one operation wire 30a, sending out the other operation wire 30b, and bending the sheath part 10 to a direction corresponding to the one pulled operation wire 30a. A part of a region of the operation wire 30b is a spring region 33b formed in a spiral state or a vortical state, and it is suppressed by the spring region 33b that the slack occurs in the other operation wire 30b sent out by the wire fixing plate 64. |
