PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of effectively utilizing operation resources allotted to an application for an unused window, an information processing method and a storage medium.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a determination section that determines whether a predetermined period of time has elapsed from the last operation made relevant to a window on a display screen with respect to every windows; and a control section that controls to terminate an application of the window on which the determination section determines the period of time has elapsed.
