<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit configured to prevent a distance between a barrel lens and a single lens from being increased/decreased due to temperature change, and an apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A lens unit 601 includes a barrel lens 403, a single lens 404 arranged downstream of the barrel lens 403 in a light incident direction, and a platform 406 for supporting the barrel lens 403 and the single lens 404, to image reflection light from a document on an image sensor 405. The single lens 404 includes a projection 404b protruding outward from one and the other edges of an optical section 404a. The platform 406 includes a flange part 406a. The platform 406 includes the flange part 406a which is formed in a position closer to the image sensor 405 than a position where the barrel lens 403 is fixed. The flange part 406a is brought into contact with an end surface of the projection 404b which does not face the barrel lens 403.</p> |
