<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging device, an imaging system, and a method of driving the solid state imaging device, that can suppress an increase in power consumption and an increase in circuit scale, while reducing fixed pattern noise.SOLUTION: A solid state imaging device includes: a unit pixel (2) which outputs a voltage generated through photoelectric conversion; a first capacitor (CR) which is connected to an output terminal of the unit pixel through a first switch; a first amplifier (AR) which has its input terminal connected through the first capacitor; a second capacitor (CR2) which is connected to an output terminal of the first amplifier through a second switch; a third capacitor (CV2) which is connected to the output terminal of the unit pixel through a third switch; a first signal line (7) which is connected to the second capacitor through a sixth switch; and a second signal line (8) which is connected to the third capacitor through a seventh switch.</p> |
