<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MTF measurement device that accurately measures an MTF even when an edge of an edge image imaged by an imaging system is distorted.SOLUTION: An MTF measurement device 1 comprises: edge function approximation means 131 that approximates a shape of an edge by a nonlinear function from a picture element value distribution of an edge image; picture element projection means 132 that projects a picture element of the edge image along the shape of the nonlinear function on a coordinate axis that crosses the edge and in which a coordinate unit is a subpixel smaller than the pixel of the edge image; projection picture element value averaging means 133 that averages a picture element value of each picture element of the edge image in each section divided into a subpixel interval on the coordinate axis to be a projection destination to generate an edge profile; and MTF calculation means 14 that calculates an MTF from the edge profile.</p> |
