摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that detects particles mutually different in a translational diffusion velocity depending upon whether a detection signal is periodically generated when particle are mixed in a sample solution in a scanning particle counting method employing an optical measurement by a confocal microscope or a multiphoton microscope.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an optical analysis technology detecting light of a light emitting particle in a sample solution is configured to: generate time-series light intensity data on light from an optical detection area detected as moving a position of the optical detection area of a microscope within a sample solution; out of detected signals of the light emitting particles in the time-series light intensity data, identify a group of signals plurally generated in the substantially same period as a movement period of the optical detection area as a first signal of the light emitting particle; and identify a signal generated at a random time as a second signal of the light emitting particle.</p>
