PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load required for maintaining and managing fictitious names and user ID linked to the fictitious names by reducing the number of fictitious names to be registered.SOLUTION: In each of hospital public servers SV1-SV2, a medical employee belonging to another hospital that is locally coordinated is defined as a guest user and for the guest user, a fictitious name is issued and registered by a coordination server SV0. When a medical employee in a certain hospital browses medical examination information of a patient stored in the public server of the other hospital, a fictitious name for the medical employee of an access source is replaced with the fictitious name for the guest user of the hospital to be an access destination, thereby executing ID coordination of the medical employees between the hospital public servers. Otherwise, the coordination server SV0 temporarily issues a fictitious name and replaces the fictitious name of the medical employee of the access source with the temporarily issued fictitious name, thereby executing ID coordination of the medical employees between the hospital public servers. |
