PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify approval levels of approvers and determine an approver on the basis of the approval level and room entry/exit state of the approver in order to execute a job requiring approval.SOLUTION: An approval authority delegation system is configured to: acquire approver information which uniquely indicates an approver and is classified into an approval authority level of the approver, and room entry/exit information of the approver; verify an approver whose approval authority level is high and room entry/exit information of the approver; and when there is an approver whose approval authority level is high in the room, determine the approver existing in the room as an approver. With such processing, when there is a person whose authority level is high such as a manger in the room, the manager is determined to be an approver. |
