<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an additive agent of an electrolytic solution for aluminum electrolytic capacitors which makes possible to impart incombustibility to an electrolytic solution while keeping the conductivity of the electrolytic solution; and an electrolytic solution for aluminum electrolytic capacitors arranged by use of such an electrolyte additive agent.SOLUTION: Used is an additive agent (A) of an electrolytic solution for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, or an electrolytic solution (S) for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The additive agent (A) of an electrolytic solution for aluminum electrolytic capacitors comprises: a nonaqueous solvent (Z); and an organic flame retardant (X) dispersed in the nonaqueous solvent (Z) with the aid of a dispersant (Y). The electrolytic solution (S) for aluminum electrolytic capacitors comprises: an organic flame retardant (X); a dispersant (Y); electrolyte (B); and a nonaqueous solvent (C). In the electrolytic solution, the organic flame retardant (X) is dispersed in the nonaqueous solvent (C) with the aid of the dispersant (Y). The organic flame retardant (X) preferably includes at least one kind of retardant selected from a group consisting of a halogen atom-containing organic flame retardant (X1), a nitrogen atom-containing organic flame retardant (X2), a sulfur atom-containing organic flame retardant (X3) and a phosphorus atom-containing organic flame retardant (X4).</p> |
