IMPERVIOUS STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious structure which exerts high adhesion even when constructed in an environment where water exists, and which can achieve high-level imperviousness to water by permeation into a crack.SOLUTION: An impervious structure is installed on a surface of an existing structure that has a crack formed on the surface and where water exists on at least a part of the surface. The impervious structure includes an epoxy resin layer that is made of an underwater curable epoxy resin closely contacting to the surface of the existing structure and partially permeating even into the crack, and a form X that adheres to the epoxy resin layer.
