PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition coated fiber cord coated by an adhesive composition where short fiber is highly dispersed in the adhesive composition, and having high adhesiveness to a rubber to be adhered and an adhesive layer having high strength, a rubber article using the fiber cord and a pneumatic tire or a run flat tire using the rubber article.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition coated fiber cord formed by coating a fiber cord (D) with an adhesive composition layer containing (A) polysaccharide fiber semi-esterified by reacting a carboxyl group of polybasic acid anhydride with at least a part of hydroxyl group of cellulose and having fiber diameter of 2 to 1000 nm and (C) rubber latex.
