<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composite which combines excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, fire retardancy and dimensional stability and is efficiently producible at low costs.SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber substrate consists of a fabric of a reinforcing fiber superimposed with a fabric composed of a fiber of a thermoplastic resin. A thermoplastic resin composite material is obtained by laminating the reinforcing fiber substrate and thermoforming, and the thermoplastic resin has a glass transition temperature of 100°C or higher and a specified resin viscosity, or melt flow rate.</p> |
