<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add proper water cutoff performance to a building external wall which is constituted by combining an outside corner part and a projection wall part together and for which external wall materials having a hollow structure are used.SOLUTION: A spandrel wall part has a pair of balcony external wall materials 21A, 21B and a spandrel wall frame 23 provided between the pair of balcony external wall materials 21A, 21B. An outside corner external wall material 22 which constitutes an outside corner part is arranged on the pair of balcony external wall materials 21A, 21B. Water cutoff accessories 45-47 extending from the back of the outside corner external wall material 22 are provided at a horizontal joint part formed along a lower end part of the outside corner external wall material 22. The third water cutoff accessory 47 has water cutoff plate parts extending in the same two directions as directions of extension along two wall surfaces from an outside corner top part of the outside corner part; and the water cutoff plate part on one surface side has an insert part 47c inserted into a hollow part of the balcony external wall material 21A, and the water cutoff plate part on the other surface side has a plate abutting part 47d abutting on an upper plate part of the spandrel wall frame 23.</p> |
