<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine which can record the occurrence time of an event, together with the detail of the event, in log information even without a clock function; to provide a method for controlling the sewing machine; and to provide a program for controlling the sewing machine.SOLUTION: A sewing machine includes an interval counter. The interval counter counts one every 0.1 second after a power source is turned on. After the power source is turned on, the sewing machine receives time information from an operation terminal after the opening of communication with the operation terminal. The sewing machine corrects a count value of the interval counter at the time of the reception so that the count value is made to correspond to a time at the time of the reception. Thereafter, every time an event is detected, the sewing machine stores, in a non-volatile memory, log information in which a time indicated by the count value is defined as an occurrence time and is made to correspond to the detail of the event. Even without a clock function, the sewing machine with a function of communication with the outside thereof can create the log information in which an accurate time is made to correspond to the detail of the event.</p> |
