PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation supporting a roof installation facility installed on a roof of a building which prevents corrosion for a long period of time by eliminating a path enabling rain water to invade to increase waterproofness.SOLUTION: An anchor body Awhich forms one rod-shape includes: an anchor rod 1 buried with a lower end being fixed to an anchor hole H perforated in a concrete layer C via a resin adhesive J; and a piece of pressure plate 2 which holds a water tightness in the middle in a height direction of the anchor rod 1 so as to be integrally attached. A water tight sealing material S is filled in a space part between a water proof layer D covering the surface of the concrete layer C and the pressure plate 2 while assuring a necessary lap length N from the water resistant layer D. The self-weight of a roof installation facility or a wind pressure having a lower component acting on the roof installation facility becomes a pressing load and acts on the anchor rod 1. Consequently, the water tight sealing material S is constantly pressurized and the water tightness of the foundation can be held. |
