Disclosed is a hydraulic coupling fastening apparatus. The hydraulic coupling fastening apparatus comprises: a bolt member which is inserted into the bolt hole of a coupling and has a screw part at both ends and a tapered part at the center; a hydraulic nut joined to the screw part; a sleeve arranged between the tapered part and the bolt hole; an oil groove part formed on the tapered part to allow oil to flow in; and a stress concentration prevention part formed on the oil groove part to prevent stress from being concentrated in the direction of the sleeve.
