摘要 A thermoelectric conductivity measurement instrument of a thermoelectric device and a measuring method of the same are provided to change the temperature of a contact point and to simultaneously measure thermoelectric conductivity. The instrument comprises: a sample fixing module that provides an environment for measuring properties of a thermoelectric device that is a sample and comprises an electrode unit that forms contact points that come in contact with each of the both ends of the sample; and a measuring circuit module that provides a source alternating current voltage of a first frequency that gives heat to the sample to the electrode unit, detects a first thermoelectric alternating current voltage of a second frequency that is greater than the first frequency created from the temperature changes occurring at the contact points in between the electrode unit and the sample and a second thermoelectric alternating current voltage of a third frequency that is greater than the second frequency created by the changes in resistance of the sample, and measures the thermoelectric conductivity.
