PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a transmission delay and a response delay to an application in a system transmitting and receiving encrypted data.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: a control unit for determining a switchover of data encryption processing between first and second encryption processing in a plurality of communication devices, according to a processing state of a server, which receives encrypted data from each of the plurality of communication devices each transmitting encrypted data by first encryption processing, executed before data transmission processing, or second encryption processing, executed as a part of data transmission processing, including the load of decryption processing of the encrypted data encrypted by at least the second encryption processing; and a transmission unit for transmitting an instruction to switchover the encryption processing to a communication device which the control unit determines to switchover the data encryption processing. |
