PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the achievement of wavelength conversion of light source light and a uniform illuminance distribution on an irradiation surface.SOLUTION: An optical element 100 is a tubular body having a hollow inside, and is provided with an incident port 12 at one end of the tubular body, an emission port 13 emitting incident light made incident from the incident port 12 at the other end of the tubular body, and a wavelength conversion surface 14 reflecting the light made incident from the incident port at least at a part of an inner wall of a wall part 11 of the tubular body, where the wavelength of the light made incident on the wavelength conversion surface 14 is different from the wavelength of the light reflected on the wavelength conversion surface 14. |
