PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffer circuit for buffering an oscillation signal.SOLUTION: A buffer circuit includes a plurality of PMOS and NMOS transistor pairs connected in parallel. Each pair has connected gate terminals and connected drain terminals to form an inverter circuit, is arranged to receive a sinusoidal oscillation signal with a variable DC level at its gate terminal via a direct coupling, and is further connected with additional PMOS and NMOS transistors. The buffer circuit includes a control circuit provided for receiving an output signal output by the inverter circuits. The control circuit derives information on a DC level of the output signal, and adjusts a voltage transfer curve expressing a relationship between an input voltage and an output voltage of the buffer circuit to match the variable DC level, by switching on or off the additional PMOS and NMOS transistors on the basis of the derived information. |
