<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-proof type housing unit that includes a first housing inserted and mounted in an opening part formed in the wall of a second housing, the water-proof type housing unit being designed to prevent water drops, resulting from condensation on the internal surface of the mounted plate of the second housing, from accumulating in the first housing.SOLUTION: A water-proof type housing unit 100A has a first housing 140A composed of a surface case 110A and a rear case 130. This first housing 140A is inserted and mounted from the external surface of a mounted plate 151 of a second housing via a water-proof packing. A plurality of drain holes 113d, 114, 115 are provided in the tubular peripheral wall parts 111a, 111d of the surface case 110A. Water drops introduced to the drain holes are passed through the upper surface of a double peripheral wall part provided on the internal surface of the tubular peripheral wall parts 111a, 111d of the surface case 110A, and are drained from drain holes formed in a side face or in the tubular peripheral wall part in the position of a lower surface.</p> |
