<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair having fitting strength for fitting optional members, and having an excellent design degree of freedom for fitting the optional members.SOLUTION: The chair includes coupling members as separate materials, interposed between a backrest and back support rods, and fitting areas provided for fitting the optional members to the coupling members. The back support rods supported by a support base provided on a leg and extending rearward, and the coupling members extending upward from the rear ends of the back support rods constitute a back frame for supporting the backrest. The fitting areas are provided on the coupling members, or rising parts of the back frame.</p> |
