PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, an information collection system, an information collection method, and an information collection program capable of improving security on an unfair use of the terminal device.SOLUTION: A terminal device 10 comprises: an imaging unit 14c for imaging the surrounding of the terminal device; a storage unit 13 for storing imaging data generated by imaging by the imaging unit 14c; and a control unit 12b which, between input of a request to unlock the terminal device 10 to the terminal device 10 and the unlocking, causes the imaging unit 14c to image the surrounding and causes imaging data generated by the imaging unit 14c to be stored in the storage unit 13.
