<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the usability of a hearing assist device used when a caregiver talks to a person of declined hearing and needing care in a care facility, for example.SOLUTION: A hearing assist device 1 is provided, on the outer surface of a body 2, with an operating section 14 of a power switch 7 movably. Since the operating section 14 is provided with a sound collection port 15 that is exposed when the power switch 7 is turned on, the sound collection port 15 is in open state inevitably when hearing is assisted by using the hearing assist device 1. In other words, appropriate hearing assist of a user is ensured, without paying any particular attention so as not to cover the sound collection port 15, thereby the usability is successfully enhanced.</p> |
