PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of laminate component capable of preventing occurrence of delamination.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a laminate component includes the steps of: forming a green sheet by adding an organic binder, an organic solvent and a plasticizer to ceramic powder and glass powder, mixing the same and drying obtained slurry; forming a lamination by laminating the green sheet and an internal conductor, and compressing the same; and baking the lamination. The ratio of the plasticizer in the green sheet in which the internal conductor is formed is arranged to be 1.01-1.2 times of the ratio of the plasticizer in the green sheet in which no internal conductor is formed.
