PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-information monitoring device synchronizing timing when transmitting a plurality of different pieces of information.SOLUTION: An input part 30 inputs detection information acquired by a sensor. A multiplex part 32 inserts time information in the input detection information to generate information sequence in which the detection information and the time information are time-division multiplexed. A transmission part 38 transmits the information sequence. The time information in the multiplex part 32 is used for synchronizing the timing between the detection information included in the information sequence transmitted from another transmission device 12, and the detection information in the multiplex part 32.
