The present invention relates to a payment server and a payment terminal for settling a subway fare, the payment server comprising: a fare-charging guide part for transmitting data informing fare-charging to a terminal entering a fare-charging area; a fare settling part for settling a fare with respect to a terminal escaping from the fare-charging area based on payment information received from the terminal; and a payment part for executing payment of the fare settled by the fare settling part with respect to the terminal.
