Provided are n optical probe and a medical apparatus including the same. The optical probe comprises an optical scan part including a first and second fluid having different refractive indexes and being not mixed; and a probe body inserted into coelom, and including the optical scan part inside to radiate light emitted from the optical scan part to an object through an optical output part, wherein an incident angle of the light emitted from the optical scan part changes corresponding to changes in interface between the first and second fluids.
